Kevin Lehman – Owner
Kevin has always had an interest and passion for dogs. After graduating from Lehigh University in 1996 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, he spent several years in engineering and IT before coordinating the founding of Perfect Pooch in 2003. He currently owns five dogs: Laden (Mixed breed rescue), Gavin (Miniature Australian Shepherd), Butters (Miniature Poodle), Tator (Miniature Australian Shepherd) and Kora (Miniature Australian Shepherd).
Kelli Dodds – General Manager
Kelli started working for Perfect Pooch in October 2018 but came to us with 21 years of management experience with 8+ years in Pet Specialty Retail. Kelli oversees all the daily operations of the business and has extensive knowledge in Canine Nutrition. Kelli is married with 2 children, 3 dogs: Storm (Chesapeake Bay Retriever), Lily (Bishon/Yorkie Mix), and Wicket ( micro teacup Yorkie), 2 ferrets: Thunder and Lightning and a leopard gecko: Leonardo. When not on the job, Kelli loves the outdoors and taking camping trips with her family.
Bonnie Korytowski – Assistant General Manager
Bonnie first came to Perfect Pooch as a client with her dog, Charlie. Her love for animals eventually led her to apply for a position at Perfect Pooch as a yard assistant. Proving herself to be a useful asset in the dog yards, Bonnie quickly rose to the task of helping with our administrative duties. She has continued to add to her area of responsibilities and is now a manager and handles all of our Customer service / HR needs. Bonnie has a degree from Temple University in Sociology and has become a valuable asset to our operations here at Perfect Pooch.
Samantha Peden – Grooming Salon Manager
Samantha started with Perfect Pooch 6 years ago as a kennel/yard attendant. Three months in, she started her grooming apprenticeship. Sam furthered her education and got her grooming certificate and has since become the Salon Manager. She has three tuxedo cats and one mane coon: Sawyer, Wednesday, Mildred and Mischief.
Michelle Mackinnon – Dog Trainer
Michelle came to Perfect Pooch in 2019, but she comes with 12 years experience with training dogs. She provides Obedience, Agility, & Scent Training at the facility. When not on the job, Michelle does service dog work with Veterans, trains dogs for Search and Rescues, and participates in rescues when needed. Michelle lives with her Fiance and has two dogs: Harlee (German Shepherd) and Navarre (Shiloh Shepherd).
Melissa Voorhees – Reception Manager
Coming from being a vet assistant, 2019 was the start of a new career for Melissa. In her short time here, she has become well rounded and helps out in our small dog yard during group play, helps out at reception and assists with baths as needed. Melissa lives with her family and dog: Lola.
